Missing Person: Olynthia Harper
Description: Black female, 25 years old, 5’5”, 130 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes.
Date of Occurrence: September 20, 1985
Report# 86-017848
Synopsis: Olynthia left her two children with an acquaintance at 747 W. Onondaga Street. She never returned and her whereabouts are unknown. She was known to frequent the South Ave. area.
