Missing Person: Xiomara Rodriguez
Description: Hispanic female, 29 yrs of age, 5’1”, 115 lbs.
Date of Occurrence: November 5, 1991
Report# 91-152113
Synopsis: Jesus Xiomara Rodriguez traveled from New York City with her boyfriend, Jesus Manuel Balbi. The two were last seen leaving a friend’s house at 314 Hawley Avenue. Their vehicle was later found abandoned in Upper Onondaga Park. Balbi also remains missing.
