Synopsis: On September 18, 2001 at approximately 2:27 pm officers responded to the rear parking lot of an apartment complex located at 2206 Onondaga Creek Blvd. regarding a report of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle, belonging to victim Yousef Mohamed, was found unoccupied. Officers soon found Mohamed nearby and determined he had been shot to death.
