Synopsis: On September 23, 2002 at approximately 11:15pm victim Rashawn Burley was standing in front of the American Market located at 235 Oakwood Avenue when he was shot and killed. The shots were thought to have been fired from a maroon colored SUV or minivan, last seen traveling northbound on Oakwood Avenue.
