Synopsis: On October 31, 2004 at approximately 1:40am shots were fired near the intersection of South Ave and Tallman St. Witnesses reported a fight occurred outside the B&B Lounge just prior. Victim John Dunlap was one of two people that suffered gunshot wounds. Dunlap later died of his injuries.
