Synopsis:  The body of Novelette Yancy was discovered at her apartment in the Mulberry Square apartment complex by family members on Thursday, September 16th, 1982; the manner of death was determined to be homicide.   The discovery was made after family members responded to her apartment amid growing concern that she had not had contact with them for an unusually lengthy period of time.
