Administrative BureauInspections Division

Conducts staff and line inspections.
Evaluates efficiency, effectiveness and quality of Departmental operations and systems.
Evaluates compliance of goals and directives and the essentiality of resources, facilities, vehicles, equipment, records and personnel.
Ensures Departmental policies and procedures are being followed.
Monitors Departmental morale.

Reports deficiencies to the First Deputy Chief of Police.
